ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
The feature film Kraftverk 3714 was shot on locations in Jämtland, Sweden, during one hectic month in the summer of 2004.
It was produced on an extremely low budget by Flim Production HB in cooperation with Viola Rekords, Projektet i G:a Tingshuset and others.
The premiere was at Storsjöteatern in Östersund, Sweden on 19 march 2005.
The original edition dvd was released in november 2005 by Skrik Horror Video.
The film won several awards. Best director and best male lead at filmfestival Buenos Aires Rojo Sangre 2006. It also won Best Special Effects at the Italian festival Il Ritorno dei Corti Viventi 2007.
A ten-years-anniversary-version with some cut and trimmed scenes along with some of the effects that didn't get finished in time for the dvd re-inserted was released on Vimeo in 2015.
